Warranty Conditions
Warranty Terms:
The manufacturer (TERRADIX GmbH) provides a warranty on the goods advertised with the warranty promise. The warranty period begins on the date of the invoice. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer, as the warrantor, will provide one of the following services at its discretion under the warranty:
- free repair of the goods, or
- free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item (if applicable, also a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in the case of damage to the goods caused by:
- abusive or improper handling
- environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
- non-observance of any safety precautions
- non-observance of the operating instructions
- use of force (e.g., impact, shock, drop, abusive use)
- unauthorized repair attempts
- normal wear and tear
Claiming the warranty service requires that you allow the warrantor to examine the warranty claim upon request by sending in the goods. In doing so, care must be taken to avoid damage during transit by using appropriate packaging.
To request warranty service, you must provide the warrantor with proof of purchase upon request (e.g., by enclosing a copy of the original invoice with the returned goods). Please understand that the manufacturer may refuse warranty service if no proof of purchase is provided, as the proof serves to calculate the warranty period. Furthermore, you must provide the name and address of the seller, provided these details are not apparent from the submitted proof of purchase or the data therein is no longer up to date.
The warranty process is free of charge for you in any case. Any shipping costs you may have incurred will be reimbursed by the warrantor. Insofar as a chargeable dismantling of the goods is required for them to be sent in, the warrantor will bear the costs necessary for the dismantling.
Note:
Your statutory rights regarding defects are not limited by this warranty promise and can be exercised by you free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.
